MN Hmong Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking business trainers to offer better business practices for the Southeast Asian business owners and operators in Minnesota.

The MN Hmong Chamber of Commerce (MHCC) is excited to announce a transformative opportunity fueled by a grant from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). Join us in this impactful journey as we seek dynamic business trainers to facilitate short-term courses, conduct workshops, provide coaching or mentoring, and offer professional development sessions for Southeast Asian business owners and operators in Minnesota. Considerations for business trainers when applying:

– For this grant, a business trainer must partner with MHCC to collect participants’ information required by DEED for the grant. Examples: (Proof of residency, SSN, Individual Goal Plan, attendance, etc.) 

– A business trainer is required to work with MHCC to curate trainings that meet the needs of Southeast Asian businesses and operators in MN.

– What makes your business training different from other existing and past trainings?
