Mike Hang serves as Chair of the Minnesota Hmong Chamber of Commerce (MHCC), where he works to strengthen entrepreneurship, expand economic opportunity, and elevate the voice of Hmong and Asian American businesses across Minnesota. A dedicated community leader and economic development advocate, Mike focuses on building partnerships that connect entrepreneurs with resources, training, and opportunities for growth. He also serves as Executive Director of Action to Equity, supporting underserved families through workforce and childcare initiatives. Mike is committed to empowering small businesses as drivers of economic growth and community resilience.

CEO of Hmone Wealth Builders Tou Fang is an experienced real estate investor who began his investment journey in 2017. Specializing in the BRRRR Strategy of Real Estate Investing and New Construction Development, he has built a strong foundation in the industry. In addition to his investment expertise, Tou became a licensed real estate agent in 2020. As the Founder and CEO of Hmone Wealth Builders, an educational platform dedicated to empowering the Hmong community, Tou provides valuable knowledge, resources, and connections to help others build wealth through business and real estate investing.Â

Maikou strives to be a trusted resource—someone who listens, educates and empowers you to make financial decisions that truly reflect what matters most in your life.
Drawing on her own background of growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Maikou understands the challenges and rewards of small business ownership. She has spent over eight years in the world of small business, with hands-on experience in launching and managing a real estate rental business and a home remodeling venture.
Marianna Xiong

Driven and accomplished young professional with a background in non-profit, healthcare and a passion for youth advocacy and public service. She earned her associates degree in communications at age 18 and is currently completing her paralegal certification while preparing for law school. As the founder of a youth consulting small business - Unfolding Professionals, she provides guidance and resources to help young people activate their potential. A proud Hmong American and the youngest of seven siblings, Marianna also participates in pageantry as a creative and confidence-building hobby. She is the current Miss Princess of Asia and Princess of America Miss Minnesota. She brings strong leadership, communication, and advocacy skills to every space she enters.
